Indie Artist Spotlight: November Artist Reviews Online at Indie-Music

This month, Indie-Music is proud to feature an eclectic group of artist reviews that cover a wide range of musical ground. November’s new crop of reviews feature the experimental and exciting return of Son Lux, the throwback grunge-infused rock of Red House Glory, the smooth jazz collective SKETCHES, orchestral folk pop courtesy of Harker, and the fresh but familiar French jazz pop of Clara Bellino.

November’s artist reviews feature Son Lux’s “Lanterns” (electro-pop), Red House Glory’s “Fever (Live)” (rock), SKETCHES’ “Volume One” (jazz), Harker’s “Anecdote” (orchestral folk pop), Clara Bellino’s “This Is Happiness - Hand in Hand” (jazz pop), Carson Allen’s “Blue Eyed Soul” (soulful rock), Jo Kroger’s “Troubled Night” (acoustic folk), The Loomis Fargo Gang’s “The Prettiest Shade of Blue” (alt-country), and Old Boy’s “Places Only Mountains Can Travel” (acoustic folk). Visit all the reviews online by checking out the Artist Spotlight tab on the home page.

This month, guest contributor BitCandy profiles Say Lou Lou, a sister-act duo featuring Elektra and Miranda Kilbey (daughters of The Church’s Steve Kilbey), making their mainstream music debut and following in the pop footsteps of their father. BitCandy is a dedicated Music Filter and free indie radio station located online at http://www.bitcandy.com/.
We are also proud to present Indie-Music’s own Jamie Anderson as a Featured Indie Artist. Jamie has just released “Dare,” her tenth album as an independent artist. Jamie is a longtime contributor to Indie-Music and has played her unique brand of music in hundreds of venues over the years.

Perfect timing finding your blog. I am also thinking about adding a new feature to my blog where I feature new and established indie artist (smooth jazz, R&B and other genres), by listening to and reviewing their music (probably about once a month). I will be checking out your blog to see who you feature as well..
